CRS Ceramic is a tough, highly flexible, highly reflective, quick drying, white acrylic roof coating with titanium dioxide and ceramic microspheres. This high performance UL Class A rated product resists cracking, peeling, and mildew while offering tremendous durabil-ity and long term life.
It expands and contracts with the roof’s movement to resist damage. CRS Ceramic coating provides an excellent, highly protective barrier which reflects the sun’s heat and destructive UV rays.
This product is an investment that can pay for itself in savings and cooling costs.
APPLICATION AND USAGE AMOUNT*
• For bare, untreated asphalt roofs use 1.5 Gal of CRS Waterproofing Primer per 100 Sq. Ft and let it dry for up to 48 hours before applying CRS Ceramic topcoat.
• For previously coated or primed roofs apply 3 Gal per 100 Sq. Ft as a top coat. *
1. Apply 1 to 2 coats, dependent upon the type, age, and condition of roof surface to be coated, of CRS Ceramic to clean and dry surface using a 1 1/4” exterior paint roller nap/cover.
2. Reinforcing perimeter dripedge, seams, penetrations, and other suspect areas with CRS Polyester Fabric, or an adhesive Roof Tape. Fill larger cracks with the CRS Roof Repair Mastic and reinforce with CRS Polyester Fabric.
*Usage amount will vary depending upon how old or dry the roofs are.
Mixing and Storing Procedures
No thinning or reducing is necessary. Product may separate over time. use a power mixer or paint stick to quickly stir coating before use. Carefully reseal container after every use.
