NXT NuPrime is an extremely fine particle sized, wet adhesion promoting, acrylic primer coating designed for powdery roof tiles and concrete surfaces. Its technically advanced cross-linking formula is designed to promote deep penetration ensuring top coat adhesion.

NuPrime has undergone rigorous testing to ensure its chemical composition would provide the greatest compatibility and adhesion between Nu Prime and all NuTech top coating systems.

• Use 0.6 Gal. per 100 Sq. Ft.*
• Usage amount will vary depending upon how old or dry the roofs are.

1. The surface should be cleaned to remove all contaminants and dirt and any loose coating. A suitable surface is usually achieved using a highpressure water cleaner (greater than 2500 PSI).

2. Reinforce and seal any weak areas as well as your hip and ridge grouting. We recommend us.

3. Apply one coat of NXT NuPrime over clean, reinforced roof at a rate of 200 square feet per gallon.

4. Allow 4-8 hours drying time between coats depending on temperature and humidity
